2. General provisions and subject matter of the contract
These General Terms and Conditions govern the general terms and conditions for the use of accounting, tax filing, payroll processing, financial administration, and related consulting services provided by Corvinus Kontó Könyvelőiroda Kft.
By placing an order for the service or accepting a customized offer, the customer acknowledges that they have read and accepted the terms of the General Terms and Conditions. Any provisions in the individual contract or offer that differ from these terms shall take precedence.
3. Formation of the Contract
Customers may request information and a quote by phone, email, or through the website. The specific details of the service, including its scope, fee, deadline, the documents to be submitted, and the method of communication, are set forth in the individual quote or contract.
The contract is formed upon written acceptance of the offer and confirmation by Corvinus Kontó, or upon the signing of a separate contract.
4. Cooperation Between the Parties
Corvinus Kontó provides the agreed-upon services based on the data and documents made available to it, in accordance with the relevant professional and legal requirements.
The client is required to provide the data, supporting documents, and statements necessary for the performance of the assignment accurately, completely, and by the agreed-upon deadline, and to notify the service provider of any changes without delay.
5. Remuneration and payment conditions
The fee for the service is specified in the accepted individual quote or contract. Payment is made by bank transfer or by another method specified in the individual agreement. In the event of a delay in payment, the service provider is entitled to late payment interest in accordance with applicable law.
6. Performance and Deadlines
These deadlines are contingent upon the customer providing the necessary information and documents in a timely manner. Corvinus Kontó is not responsible for any delays resulting from incomplete or late submission of information.
Depending on the specific request, the service may result in an electronic or paper-based document, tax return, statement, payroll records, financial summary, or professional advice.
7. Liability
Corvinus Kontó acts in accordance with the requirements of professional diligence when providing its services. The service provider assumes no liability for any consequences arising from incorrect, incomplete, or late data provided by the client, or from circumstances concealed by the client.
8. Termination of the Contract
The terms and conditions governing the termination, cancellation, and settlement of the contract are set forth in the individual contract and the applicable laws. Upon termination, the parties shall settle their accounts with each other and transfer the necessary documents as agreed.
9. Complaints handling and disputes
The customer may submit a complaint in writing using the service provider’s contact information listed above. Corvinus Kontó will investigate the complaint and respond in writing within the timeframe specified by the relevant rules. The parties shall first attempt to resolve any disputes amicably.
10. Data protection
The detailed rules governing the processing of personal data are set forth in the Privacy Policy available on the website.
11. Final provisions
These General Terms and Conditions take effect on the date specified above. Contracts already in place are governed by the terms and conditions in effect at the time the contract was entered into and by the provisions of the individual agreement.
